Use of Service

Subaxis AI provides access to an API gateway, customer console, billing tools, model routing, usage tracking, and related services. You are responsible for all activity under your account, API keys, sessions, team members, applications, scripts, and integrations.

Account Security

You must keep your credentials, API keys, sessions, and devices secure. You may not publish, leak, sell, share, rotate through, or transfer API keys in a way that bypasses account controls, billing, rate limits, or abuse detection. If you believe a key or account has been compromised, you must revoke the key and notify us promptly.

Acceptable Use

You may use Subaxis only for lawful, authorized, and non-abusive purposes. You must comply with applicable laws, upstream provider rules, model provider policies, sanctions restrictions, export controls, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights, and any limits shown in the console or documentation.

Prohibited Activity

You may not use Subaxis to generate, request, transmit, host, facilitate, or automate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful activity. Prohibited uses include malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, extremist or violent wrongdoing, evasion of safety systems, unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, and instructions that enable real-world harm.

Platform Abuse

You may not attack, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, benchmark abusively, crawl without permission, exploit, disrupt, resell without approval, or attempt to bypass any Subaxis system. This includes rate-limit bypassing, multi-account abuse, payment abuse, trial farming, phone or payment verification abuse, token farming, prompt injection against Subaxis systems, automated signup abuse, credential stuffing, vulnerability exploitation, and attempts to access another user's account, keys, usage, billing, or data.

API and Model Usage

You are responsible for prompts, files, images, outputs, tool calls, actions, and downstream use of model responses. You must evaluate whether model output is appropriate for your use case before relying on it. Subaxis may route requests through upstream providers, and those providers may reject, filter, rate limit, log, or bill requests according to their own systems and policies.

Billing, Credits, and Top-Ups

Paid plans and one-time top-ups add API balance to your account. Usage may be deducted based on model, token volume, cache usage, request type, provider cost, discounts, and configured pricing. Top-ups are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, or cash equivalents. Free trials may require phone verification or a payment method and may be limited, revoked, or denied to prevent abuse.

Refunds and Disputes

Payments and top-ups are generally intended for API usage and may be non-refundable once credits are used, abuse is detected, or provider costs are incurred. Chargebacks, payment fraud, suspicious billing activity, or disputed payments may result in account suspension, balance reversal, key revocation, or termination.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor usage, metadata, billing events, traffic patterns, and account behavior to operate the service, enforce these terms, protect the platform, and prevent abuse. We may throttle, block, suspend, terminate, delete, or restrict accounts, keys, requests, balances, or access at any time if we believe there is risk, abuse, fraud, legal exposure, security concern, policy violation, unpaid balance, or harm to Subaxis, users, providers, or third parties.

Availability

We aim to keep Subaxis reliable, but service availability may vary due to maintenance, outages, upstream providers, network issues, rate limits, security controls, payment controls, or abuse prevention. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific model availability, exact latency, or permanent availability of any provider, model, price, feature, or route.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, provider requirements, laws, pricing, or abuse risks change. Continued use of Subaxis after updates means you accept the current terms.
